Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Booking Request: All bookings must be submitted through our online booking form. Completing the form does not guarantee a booking until confirmed by us in writing. Confirmation: A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability, event details, and provide a final confirmation. Deposit (if applicable): Some events may require a deposit to secure the date. This will be communicated during the confirmation process. Event Details: Final details (venue access, timings, special requests) must be provided at least 14 days before the event. On-the-Day Contact: An event contact must be available by phone on the day of the performance. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event: a cancellation fee may apply to cover preparation and potential loss of other bookings. Cancellations within 7 days of the event: full fee may be charged. Weather-Related Cancellations (for outdoor events): If the event is outdoors, the client must provide suitable shelter for the band and instruments. If the event cannot proceed due to unsafe weather and no shelter is provided, it may be treated as a cancellation. Band Cancellation: In the unlikely event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to arrange an alternative solution or date. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is fully booked, you may request to join our waitlist. Should a booking on that date be cancelled or moved, we will contact waitlisted clients in the order received. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee availability. If contacted, you will have 48 hours to accept the date before it is offered to the next person.
